About Mind-Body Connection
At Mind-Body Connection we believe in all forms of movement that help individuals be active in spirit and in form. Our team is most passionate about Pilates and the benefits of Pilates to everyone at any age or moment in life. Pilates offers everyone the opportunity to build strength, develop flexibility, improve posture and improve balance. The practice of Pilates lengthens and strengthens muscles. Pilates will also improve sports performance and will allow for freed movement through daily activities.
We Can Help
Our studio offers expert training in a full range of Pilates exercises. Whether you are new to
Pilates or have trained previously, we invite you to join us for an orientation visit or class. We are happy to provide our clients with group classes, one-on-one training, or duets (a shared training session for you and a friend or family member).
